STERLING SILVER JEWELRY CARE AND CLEANING

All silver jewelry will eventually tarnish due to exposure to the air.

They should be kept in boxes or ideally in closed bags in order to avoid chemical reactions between the metal and the elements of the air (hydrogen sulfide, oxygen).

Avoid keeping fine jewelry in the bathroom due to high humidity and also avoid wearing it when taking a shower, swimming (pool,sea) or exercising.

Always keep jewelry pieces separately to prevent them from scratching.

Use a bath of hot water and kitchen soap, soak the jewelry in it and wipe it with a smooth fabric gently.

Under no circumstances should jewelry made of wood come in contact with water. Neither while wearing it nor in an attempt to clean it.

Do not use chemicals in cases of stones and oxidised jewelry.
